Systematic Literature Review of Consumer Motivations and Barriers to Organic Buying
This research paper looked at consumer motivations and barriers to buying organically labeled products. Through a systematic literature review of eight empirical studies, the motivations and barriers were assessed to determine how they align with what organic labels are intended to mean.

Guide to Food Labels and Certifications
This guide was created as an educational material for individuals, specifically Seattle University students, to learn more about various food labels and certifications. The labels were tailored to Seattle U based off of purchasing behavior, sustainability goals, and dining labels.
